Using social media for Crisis Communications
In response to the the devastating Las Vegas tragedy in 2017, I created messaging for San Diego Blood Bank's social media channels and website to let the public and media know urgent information. Communications was done in coordination with senior leaders. The response time was swift and done with much empathy.
